Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and will be charged to your linked payment method. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle, the subscription will be renewed for the next period by default. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once charged, subscription fees are non-refundable.

If you're currently on a paid plan, any remaining quota will be automatically carried over to your upgraded plan. No usage will be wasted. (Free plan users do not have rollover benefits)

If you run out of credits included in your current plan, you can purchase additional credits at any time.Purchased credits can be used immediately and will hep you continue using all features without interruption. The minimum purchase amount is 1,000 credits.

Users on the Free plan receive a fixed amount of credits each month. These credits automatically refresh at the beginning of each calendar month and do not roll over.Once the monthly quota is used up, you'll need to wait until the next refresh or upgrade your plan to continue using features.

All credits purchased are non-refundable once the transsaction is completed.Please review your credit needs carefully before making a purchase. Unused credits will remain available in your account but cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Your annual plan starts immediately upon upgrade and lasts for 12 months. It renews automatically unless you cancel.

Your remaining monthly credits are kept, and you immediately receive the monthly credits from the annual plan.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, and it won't renew afterward.

No. Annual payments are non-refundable once made.
